Got the backpack (good quality), didn’t come with the hand held vacuum though. Don’t know how to reach out.

Order arrived quickly. Seems to be decent quality. Tested the vacuum bag and it definitely compacts the clothes making room for more than otherwise. Bag is not lightweight while empty but it seems sturdy.
